We deliver about 136.000 packs of drugs and other medical devices every day wherever they are needed.
Respecting the guidelines of good distribution practice, we have provided modern storage capacities that cover 6.076 m2 through 2 distribution centers (Bijeljina and Sarajevo). Maximum safety and reliability in goods handling procedures is provided, as well as appropriate ambient conditions of 15-25 ˚C, i.e., in a cold chain, at temperatures from 2 to 8 ˚C. All our warehouses have an HVAC system (automated remote heating, cooling and air conditioning system) and have the ability to electronically monitor temperature and humidity.
Our wide distribution network with a fleet of more than 40 delivery vehicles, equipped with the latest technology for temperature control and monitoring, ensures our customers the high quality of our services and fast delivery. Delivery is organized through 28 transport routes which include more than 1.200 places of delivery (pharmacies, hospitals, institutes and other participants in the health care system) throughout B&H.. Distribution of goods is realized in accordance with the highest standards of good distribution practice.
We are proud of the advanced technological solutions and equipment we use, but the professionally trained and highly motivated employees are responsible for the high quality of service and successful logistics. Great attention is paid to their education, so employees go through an educational program that includes knowledge of internal procedures and regulations in line with GDP and GMP standards.
